Remove e2-su and e2-root

e2-su was used up until e2-2.2pre13 (never released to the public). It
was the only user of e2-root.lua.

e2factory until e2factory-2.3.12 will still check for the presence of
e2-su, therefore supply a small shellscript that makes previous versions
happy.

Remove e2local and compiled lua libs

Finally get rid of compiled lua libs, an artifact from the past.  Also
remove the confusion around "e2local" which was just e2lib and other
modules bunched together in the past.

Following the removal of e2local, we can also get rid of loading
compiled lua bytecode, except where needed for backwards compatibility.
